Unitree Robotics

Unitree Robotics is a Hangzhou-based robotics company founded in 2016. Its public portfolio spans quadrupeds, humanoids, robotic arms, and related components; this first batch records only the officially released G1 and H1 humanoid platforms.

G1 was introduced in 2024 as a more compact humanoid platform, while H1 was introduced in 2023 as a full-size humanoid. Unitree continues to publish product and development information for both, but specifications and public demonstrations do not by themselves establish general-purpose autonomy in open environments.

Unitree represents a hardware-access and motion-control route to expanding the humanoid ecosystem, making it relevant to Humanoid Robots, Physical AI, and Robot Learning.

Motion demonstrations and learning experiments still need to be separated from repeatable task deployment. This profile does not treat stage performances or isolated demos as evidence of general commercial autonomy.
